Here you’ll find everything I make for coming back to your own rhythms — the cycle moving in your body, and the seasons turning around you. The same movement, at different speeds.
Start with your cycle. The seasonal guides follow the Earth’s.

Getting to know your cycle is the most revolutionary thing you can do. Tracking on paper — not in an app — is how we listen: day by day your body gets room to speak through its signs, and you learn to trust what you hear.
Patterns, shifts and insights emerge over time, and what shows up on paper often mirrors what is happening in your life.
The Wheel of the Year runs through everything I do. Each guide holds the meaning of its season and a ritual for pausing — to honour what has passed, and to meet what is turning.
Made for the Southern Hemisphere. When I began living with the Wheel of the Year here in Aotearoa, almost everything I found was written for the north: Samhain in October, spring in March. It never matched what was happening outside my window. So I began creating guides that follow our seasons, the ones we actually live in, in New Zealand, Australia and across the south.
New to the Wheel? This is the place to begin.
Rest, reflection and ritual for the longest night — connected to your inner winter, your bleed, and the turning of the year.
For the first quickening of spring — reflection prompts, a simple ritual, and ways to mark the season in your own cycle.
Light and dark in equal measure, and everything leaning towards growth. The meaning and symbols of the season, the story of Eostre, Ostara and Easter, and a simple ritual.
The peak of spring and the doorway to summer. The meaning and symbols of the season, Beltane and Samhain as two doorways, and a simple ritual to celebrate pleasure and what’s blossoming in you.
Eight guides, one for each turning of the wheel — released as they're ready.
Each guide is a PDF, sent to your inbox straight after purchase. Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Buying from overseas? Your card works from anywhere, and your bank converts the amount automatically.
